Woodbury is a community people choose on purpose. We have beautiful parks, safe neighborhoods, strong schools, and a sense of pride that shows up at every ball field, small business, and community event.
I’m running for Woodbury City Council to protect what we love about our city and plan wisely for what we’ll need next. The way we do that is through my platform: G.T.A.B. — Green Space, Transportation, Affordability, and Thriving Businesses.

My Vision: G.T.A.B. for Woodbury’s Future
G – Green Space
Woodbury’s parks, trails, and natural areas help define who we are as a community. They also support our health, boost our property values, and make our city a great place to live.
II will work to:
Protect and improve our parks and open spaces as Woodbury grows, so we don’t lose the green areas that make our city special.
Keep our trail system well-maintained and expand it, making it easier and safer for people to walk, run, and bike anywhere in the city.
Make sure new development is done responsibly, with enough green space, trees, and natural buffers to preserve the beauty and feel of our neighborhoods.
T – Transportation
As Woodbury grows, getting around safely and efficiently becomes more important than ever.
I will work to:
Improve road safety through smart design, clear markings, and collaboration with public safety.
Support practical transit options that connect residents to jobs, schools, and regional destinations.
Enhance pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure so kids, seniors, and families can move safely without always needing a car.
Plan ahead for congestion by coordinating land use and transportation decisions, not reacting after the fact.
B – Thriving Businesses
Local businesses are the backbone of Woodbury’s economy and community life. When they thrive, Woodbury thrives.
I will work to:
Support a welcoming environment for small and local businesses, cutting unnecessary red tape while maintaining safety and standards.
Encourage thoughtful commercial development that fits our community’s character and meets residents’ needs.
Promote collaboration between the city, schools, nonprofits, and businesses to create local jobs and opportunities.
A – Affordability
A strong community is one where people can stay rooted — from young families starting out to seniors who helped build it.
I will work to:
Use taxpayer money wisely, focusing on essential services and keeping the budget responsible and sustainable.
Support a variety of housing options, so teachers, first responders, young professionals, and retirees can all afford to live in Woodbury.
Find smarter, more efficient ways to do things, including partnerships that help stretch every tax dollar without lowering the quality of services.
“Real leadership starts with listening. I’m committed to practical, community-based decisions that balance taxpayer expectations with responsible environmental stewardship.”
